Dubai Production City — still known to many by its old name, IMPZ — is a compact apartment district beside Sports City and City Centre Me'aisem, squarely on the corridor where Dubai's population growth is heading. Its buildings are newer and its entry prices lower than almost any established community inside the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed ring. That combination makes it a yield market first: studios and one-bedrooms let quickly to the workforce of the surrounding districts, and gross returns consistently rank near the top of the city.
