Dubai Maritime City
A waterfront peninsula ten minutes from DIFC — Dubai's next skyline in the making.
Overview
Living in Dubai Maritime City
Dubai Maritime City occupies a man-made peninsula between Port Rashid and the Drydocks, and it is being rebuilt as a dense waterfront residential district with open sea on three sides. Towers here look back at the full sweep of the city skyline across the water — a view usually reserved for boats.
The district is early in its cycle, which is the point: entry pricing sits well below comparable waterfront in Marina or Harbour, while the DIFC and Downtown employment core is a ten-minute drive. DAMAC's Harbour Lights and a wave of neighbouring launches have made it one of the most watched emerging off-plan markets in the city.
Lifestyle
Sea-facing promenades and marina infrastructure taking shape, with Jumeirah's beaches a short drive away.
Connectivity
Ten minutes to DIFC and Downtown via Sheikh Rashid Road, fifteen to DXB airport.
