Living in DAMAC Sun City
DAMAC Sun City is the developer's wellness-focused townhouse community in Dubailand, launched in 2024 on the corridor beside DAMAC Hills 2. The masterplan is organised around outdoor living: forest hiking trails, outdoor yoga and sound-healing spaces, sunrise decks and sports facilities woven between the townhouse clusters.
It targets the same buyer as Hills 2 — families and yield investors wanting maximum home for the dirham — but with a newer masterplan and launch-stage pricing. As the surrounding corridor's roads and retail fill in, Sun City rides the same value trajectory its older neighbours have already demonstrated.
