DAMAC Islands is the developer's newest and largest master community: a Dubailand district masterplanned as a chain of island-themed villa and townhouse clusters — Maldives, Bora Bora, Seychelles and more — threaded with lagoons and beach channels. It launched in late 2024 to some of the strongest off-plan absorption in the market.
